Who we are
Pumpkin Swirl is an online store operated by Hillstead Holdings LLC, based in California, USA. We sell directly to customers through this website — there is no marketplace or reseller in between.
How our products are made
Everything we sell is made to order. We don't hold stock on a shelf: when you place an order, your item is produced for you by our print and fulfilment partners, then shipped directly to you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and transit a further 3–8 business days. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Because each piece is produced individually, our returns policy differs from a traditional retailer's — we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. See Returns & Refunds for exactly what's covered.
