Harper is usually three steps ahead, calling back over her shoulder for everyone to hurry up and look at this. The two little curls at her crown go their own way no matter how you smooth them. She is the one who decides the afternoon is an expedition, hands out the jobs, and gets to the top of the hill first to make sure it was worth the climb.
